4. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges. Items must be:

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once packaging is opened:

  • Finger Protection equipment
  • Personal protective items where hygiene cannot be guaranteed

Return Process

  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Receive RMA number
  4. Ship items to our facility with RMA visible
  5. Allow 3-5 business days for processing

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
